You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. Only upload content you have the right to use.
AI-assisted drafts
Drafts are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving every draft before submitting it to a funder. Establis does not guarantee the accuracy of drafts or the outcome of any grant application.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to create misleading or fraudulent applications.
- Do not try to access another organization's data.
- Do not disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Changes and availability
The service is under active development and features may change. We will post updates to these terms on this page and update the date above.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, WebLynx Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
