What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Organization content you upload, such as mission statements, past proposals, impact reports and brand guides.
- Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in session cookies and server logs.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide the service: signing you in, storing your organization's documents, and generating drafts you ask for. Your content is never used to train AI models.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase provides sign-in, the database and file storage.
- When AI drafting is enabled, the text needed for a draft is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models.

Your choices
You can view, download or delete the documents you upload at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, email us and we will complete the request within 30 days.
